Size 183mm x 114mm (hxw), 1 single sheet, no watermark, wove paper. There is a backing sheet to the document consisting of one ruled sheet measuring 240mm x 202mm (hxw) contained in a separate transparent plastic wallet stored underneath the main manuscript.
